The Board of Directors have great pleasure in presenting herewith the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Society for the year ended 31st March 2024 together with the Auditor’s Report of M/S. S.SONNY ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, Chennai.
The Society’s transaction is as usual in the year 2023-2024 also under review and earned a Profit of Rs.5,73,75,273.04
The Society continues to show progressive trend in the year 2023-2024 and is placed under Class “A” in the Audit by M/S. S.SONNY ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, for the 70th year in succession.
A tabular statement of the working of the Society from the date of inception to 31/03/2024 under all heads, are given in page 5 for the ready reference of the members.
The Board of Directors of the Society offers their sincere thanks to;
1. The Management of Indian Overseas Bank and its Cathedral Branch, Central Office, Personnel Administration Department, Information Technology Department, Transaction Banking Department and General Administration Department for extending their continuous help and guidance to facilitate smooth functioning of the Society.
2. The Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of India, New Delhi, for their valuable help and guidance to carry on the administration of the Society smoothly.
